Founded by two students in 1988, FOCUS is an independent and creative charity that supports young people to develop the skills and self-confidence they need to become more active in their local communities.

Our small staff is supported by trained and dedicated volunteers, who deliver most of our innovative projects.  Each year we support up to 1,000 young people, many of whom are facing a variety of hurdles, such as homelessness, discrimination, disability and poverty.
